Policies
In keeping with Government regulations, we request all guests (on single/double/triple occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government-issued photo identity address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card, or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as the above. Also do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking.
Payment POLICY
For Group & Bulk Bookings (More than 3 Rooms or Total 10 Room nights), Corporate and Social Event and Conferences. All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a 25% Pre payment of the booking amount.
I am surprised to see this hotel has a 4.9 rating on Google. Perhaps I was the most unfortunate guest to land at this hotel.If 0 stars were an option, I would've gone with that is an understatement.Right from check in to the entire stay which was 3 nights, the experience just wasn't good.To begin with, I had made my reservation through Makemytrip. The site clearly stated that an early check in can be provided free of charge subject to availability. On reaching the hotel early morning, I enquired about the same and was told that it isn't a possibility as all rooms are occupied. I understood what was being told to me and proceeded to sit in the waiting area as I didn't have an option as such. All of a sudden a room gets vacant and the "nice" receptionist wants 1000 rupees to give me the room. After a 6 hour overnight bus journey, I was seeking the comfort of my hotel room, so I paid him and got the room. I was not provided with an invoice for the same and I saw the receptionist keep that cash in his pocket.Furthermore, my fiance who was staying with me asked for a toilet roll on the second day of our stay. We could not get it till our check out. On requesting for a bottle of water, the response from the reception was that he does not have anyone to send it to the room.The electronic safe in the room was in-operable. Upon highlighting the same to the reception. There was no response.Furthermore, at the time of check out, the person at the reception wanted to charge me for the washing of bed linen. He stated that the linen had some hard stain. The hard stain he was talking about was a blood stain which was on the linen courtesy of a small injury i sustained during the time. I had been requesting for a change since then but no one was bothered to do it. Well since I had been requesting for a change from day one of my stay and not getting it, no one representing Saltstayz should have the audacity to even think of wanting to charge a guest for this let alone bring it up in the first place.All in all, this was perhaps the poorest experience that I would have had at any hotel. At some point one would expect the team at the hotel to make up for bad service in a 3 night stay. However, your team at this hotel is simply not interested.This hotel was suggested to me by someone and I'll make sure to share this horrendous experience not just with that person but also anyone else who looks at any properties under the Saltstayz label.
I arrived at 11:00 am at salt stayz sage at golf course road1. I got late checkin have to wait for 1:30 hr to get checkin2. Service is good no doubt3. My brother came to visit me and specifically no one told me or I haven’t read the pamplets , that third person is not allowed in roomsOkay got it they called us that third person not allowed in rooms please come down and have a conversationThen after 5 min server boy came and asked us to come down or talk to night manager karanjeet singh specifically he was a worst person i have ever met0 tolerance0 respect0 customer attraction0 way of talkingLoose talking personBefore booking salts stayz i have checked reviews okay it was goodBut what i have experienced was very badHe argued with me like for a 20 min non stopAnd loose talking for girlsI was with my girlfriend and my brother and third person was my brotherAnd he was like i cannot allowed two male and one female but can allowed three malesHe fliped in seconds in their own policyIf not allowed then why allowing for boys alsodamn man was very weird“Mujhe kya pta kya hora andar “His name was specifically mentioning itKaranjeet singh at salts stayz night managerAnd there other employees was also agreeing with me that it was not my faultWorst stay at stay stayz
Although my stay was pretty short but I found the hotel, staff and facilities very impressive. The checkin was very smooth, hardly took 3 minutes.. room was clean and tidy with everything in place, washroom was also decent. I also got my car parked right in front and had my eyes on it from my room 🙂 Most impressive was the response from reception whenever I needed that. Finally the BF was very tasty and my checkout again took 3 minutes.Will definitely consider this hotel in case I visit here again.

One of the best hotels in Gurgaon . The stay is comfortable and homely. Best part it's open airy, proper sunlight. The staff here are very supportive and cooperative. They have amenities like gym as well . Overall a wonderful experience.
