Also do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking.

- The property was in terrible condition.- No bill was given, and I was charged extra.- Breakfast was included in the package, but since I got late, I asked for a coffee, sandwich, and omelette.- Despite breakfast being included, they charged me for it separately.- Paid ₹4,000 for the property and ₹2,200 for food.- Some charges might be for late-night snacks, but the rest were unjustified.- Requested a dental kit, but it was never provided.
One of the worst hotel I have ever seen.. don't waste your money by booking this hotel....poor maintaince and no hygiene..

The rooms are good as advertised in the pictures. Service is a little slow.The hotel should maintain a standard medical kit for any mishaps on the premises.
The service has gotten worse lately, room service is always delayed by half an hour minimum. The new staff has no concerns with the hospitality or customer service.
We had a wonderful stay at the SaltStayz.The staff and the service provided was great,the rooms are spacious and clean.
Rooms are full of water coming through washrooms and Air conditions. Room services are like waiting for the whole day. Breakfast is more available for flies instead of human beings. It's premier by name only.
Room was big with separate sitting area and a kitchen too but the AC was ineffective, staff response was very slow
Poor Service and Malfunctioning AmenitiesI recently stayed here and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was dismayed to find that the room key was not provided promptly, setting the tone for a series of disappointments. The body wash dispenser in the bathroom was empty, indicating a lack of attention to detail in room preparation. Furthermore, the water RO system was not functioning properly, depriving guests of access to clean drinking water.To exacerbate matters, there was a notable absence of staff in the restaurant, leaving guests unattended and frustrated. Additionally, the milk dispenser in the breakfast area malfunctioned, resulting in spills on my shoes and inconvenience for patrons. Overall, the service was extremely poor, with no apparent effort to rectify the numerous issues encountered.Regrettably, the subpar service and malfunctioning amenities made it impossible to enjoy a comfortable stay. I would strongly advise against considering this establishment for accommodation, as the level of service provided falls far below expectations.
Excellent stay with premium rooms with extra large space you can go with this property with closed eyes the luxury feel in your budget the staff was polite and enjoyed my staycation at best front desk welcome with smile was something good too refresh mood thankyou slat stayz !

I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the Saltstayz Premier - Golf course extension road customer service of the hotel staff "Shruti" but I am little disappointed for not entertaining my small request on time (I want 2 big glasses in my room but never entertained by the staff).Room are big with free basement car parking (room looks like a studio room with sofa, bed, refrigerator, microwave, tv, AC, attach kitchen) neat and clean with reasonable price.TV was not working in my room but the staff who was working on my same floor helped me to switch on the TV.Suggestion:1- Please upgrade your TV with more smart features in it. (app like TV screen mirroring, youtube app etc)2- Please fulfil the guest request ASAP so he feel WOW and provide you more business.Over all experience is good but not excellent so I will book this hotel again. Earlier I preferred to book Golden Tulip Suites Gurgaon with Suite room but this hotel took my attraction. Please don't increase your room price after reading this review otherwise in need to search other property in future :))
No heater in the room you can get one at additional cost of ₹300/- per night.No laundry facilities in house or same day.Laundry collection is around 4pm when you are not likely to be in the room and will be delivered the next day hopefully.Good breakfast buffetFound the food to be very spicy even though I can tolerate fairly spicy food I found it extremely spicy.Could not understand the billing provided and room service charges seems a bit dodgy.No outside food allowed as well.Room service request are very sloppy .Induction and oven available but no pots or pans you might have to get your own or be charged extra.
As per my last experience I visited Saltstayz Premier once again. On the day of our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Muskan with a sweet smile like her name as we welcomed last time too. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful as always. The room which they have allotted us is spacious, neat, clean with an Almera, smart TV, beautiful lamp, sofa with centre table, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, water purifier, chimney with attached modular kitchen, room has an attached balcony too. The bathroom was clean with clean laundry. If I talk about food, it was really awesome, yummy like earlier. The location is very good, 15 minutes' drive from Huda City Centre Metro Station. Once again, it's the best stay at Saltstayz Premier and all credit goes to Mr. Abhijeet (General Manager), Mr. Anirudh, Ms. Muskan and their Special Service Team member Mr. Bhandari. They all deserve a big applause from us to make our stay memorable and comfortable once again. This is only the reason I Luv to visit Saltstayz Premier - Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram, Haryana again and again. I had a great experience in this property i stayed here for a two days and the ambiance was amazing and the service was very excellent... also the green staffs are very nice and friendly ambiance good view from the room...i really appreciate there services and the food in the restaurant was amazing so delicious good to choose this hotel really want to visit this property again...
My friend and I recently visited this newly established property and had a wonderful experience. The staff, notably Sanjay from housekeeping, Saif, the General Manager of the hotel, Muskan from reception, and Anirudh, who facilitated our early check-in and late check-out, were incredibly courteous and helpful. Their exceptional service truly made our stay memorable. The property is highly recommended for its fantastic hospitality and excellent management under the guidance of the GM. However, the only downside was the absence of a proper cafe, which might be due to its recent opening. Despite this, everything else about our stay was superb. We look forward to revisiting this place in the future.

Run away from this hotel. Complete lack of professionalism. I booked my stay informing about my nationality and my arrival in the middle of the night. Everything was approved by the hotel. At 4 a.m. I heard that they couldn't accommodate me because they hadn't received a foreigner's residence permit. They suggested staying in a hotel of the same chain, which was supposed to be of the same standard. However, upon arrival it turned out to be a hole with an odor reminiscent of a public toilet. I don't wish anyone to have to look for a hotel in New Delhi in the middle of the night, especially if you are a blue-eyed blonde.
It was pretty bad. I generally do not like writing bad reviews but this was legit not a great experience for me at Saltstayz. Services were very poor, intercom to reach the reception wasnt functioning, we had to manually go downstairs or hunt for staff members in the corridor. Lift stopped working all of a sudden, they definitely had a lot of service related issues. I feel since its a new setup they'd take time to establish things but also no customer should suffer even if the property is fairly new.
Vivek tikku ji was very co operative and helpful and service staff was also cooperative and all the amenities are provided. My experience is awesome.
Rooms are spacious. The most lovely thing was Muskan (employee) ki Muskan. She serves her duty well. Thanks to her.The hotel is too far. Negligible things are available in nearby places. Other employees are okay with.

Brand new property with new rooms and pathetic service.We had booked 4 family rooms for one night. I had done the booking two weeks in advance through MMT and had actually gone to the hotel twice to meet the manager Mr Abhijeet as well as two days before check - in called the reception guy again. The rooms they gave us were totally unprepared.After giving us the rooms, we found that there was no RO in the room. Instead of changing the room, there were 5 guys who were actually drilling and fitting while folks were to get ready for a family function. This was just one incident, all through the stay which was less than a day, the guests kept facing situation after situation.Net net, the property is good but the service is pathetic. I havent seen such poor service in recent times. Check in at your own risk.
I have travelled to the hotel but they declined my booking at the reception, because they "do not allow international guests". Apparently they are still missing some documents from the Police. If that Is the case then fine, but it is the responsibilty of the Hotel to inform/communicate this in advance or decline the booking prior to arrival.
Amazing stay with great location & secluded if you are on a work trip and need some calm time. The Staff is friendly and always on the toes to help. Anirudh, Aditya, Vivek & Abhijeet made my stay very pleasant. More importantly they do accept International cards but make sure to let then know prior.The rooms were clean and spaced with a balcony.
