SAFETY ISSUES !!!!NOT GOOD FOR COUPLES !!Mr. Manager will threat with your IDs and can call to your home if you complain.We stayed here for 2 nights. During our stay a glass was broken mistakenly, which we skipped to inform the staff, as when we called them thrice for house keeping they didn't come for cleaning. We checked out and forgot to mention about broken glass.The hotel manager called and first blamed that I did broke glass on purpose and was sneaking out without paying any charges, I asked him to do not assume things and send me a scanner so I can pay right away.I then brought to his notice that your service was not good we called many times for room cleaning no one came, if anyone would have come they would have cleaned the broken glass and so I will give a review.Now the manager starts threatening with our IDs that they have and said that now I will have to visit to their hotel to pay "Nhi to dekhta hu aap logo ki ID hai mere paas"I am not feeling safe with this statement and request law authority to be aware of any illegal prospects is being done using our IDs.Also, the owner has asked the staff to not to serve onion slices with dinner as onion is costly.PLEASE BE AWARE WITH YOUR IDs.
It was a very useless experience, the rooms were not the same as in the picture and we did not even give the room that we had booked at the time of booking and we had paid the money online itself. The staff was good, that's all.
Worst experience ever . Firstly , there was no water in the washroom ( first in the flush , then in the washbasin also) . I asked the reception staff to come and check at 4am since we were to check- out at 6am . He said he can’t come since there is no one else to be at the hotel reception . He said that there is water in the entire property so how come there is no water in your room . He asked us to check a valve which I couldn’t find . Isn’t it their responsibility to come and help the guest. He gave us another room which was dirty . After complaining , he gave us the key to a different room . All this is happening at 4am and I am staying here with my ageing parents . Secondly, I told the hotel boy to give extra drinking water at night itself since we will be leaving early morning . He very politely said that he ll give me in the morning . When I ask the staff in the morning , he again says to collect it from the lift since there is no boy to give it to us . To top it all, they had just one bottle of RO water . We asked for two .Thirdly, the phone was not working . They did inform that to us while check-in which I ignored since they gave us an alternate number . Overall , very bad experience . I had paid advance a day back and remaining amount while check-in .
1. Water scarcity (No water supply continuously for hours, had to checkout without getting showered even after waiting 3 hours)2. Power outage ( multiple times power cut continuously and there is no power backup as the power back source was out of service)3. Poor staff( shocked when that receptionist threatened me that he will cancel my booking when i was sharing my bad experience for not getting room on time.)4. Poor service ( No space for waiting, casual behaviour towards guests)5. Complimentary Breakfast - Not good enough according to price that you will for your stay.6. Food (Very expensive and you are bounded to eat their food even if you don’t dont like it, because u cant order from outside.7. False commitment ( they will keep you waiting for everything by saying 5min, be it your any service that you requested, will not get fulfilled on time)And the worst part is this when all of this happened there was no apologies and empathy at all. Washroom full of cockroaches. Staff very rude - Shubham. Lot of electricity cuts. Shubham doesn’t look like he is coming from a hospitality industry. The room was okay.
They manupulate and cheat you.After every meal on their rooftop restaurant, i requested them for a bill, to pay off. They convinced me to settle it at the time of checkout, but failed to get me a bill to sign off.The night prior to my checkout (11:00 pm), i requested the receptionist (Rahul), to provide me the itemized bill so i can settle it, well in advance, before the checkout time, they dodged me to do it in the morning, saying the accounts team will upadate it post midnight, so it will be avialable only in the morning. In the morning, while we are in hurry to be on time for work, they shared me a final value n convinced me to pay it, stating they would only be able to print the itemized bill only after my payment.Post payment, on reviewing the bill, it seemed to be 100% inflated, by adding food that i never ordered, on voicing the issue, they said 10min they wil reverse the money, after multiple follow ups, no revert till date.Rooms are dirty, cant walk without slippers, AC is working at 10% of its capacity, as its CLOGGED wth DUST, there is NO EXHAUST for the TOILET, so room stinks.The matter was taken to owner shubash, but no revert till date.
My stay at this hotel was very good, friendly staff. Front desk Aamina was very kind and helpful anything I asked her she give me a answer. Thank you very for your hospitality. It’s a place to stay.

After reviewing it 5 star earlier based on my sister's 4 visits (I also visited along with her vocationally as visitor), I downgraded my rating to 1 star because of behaviour of receptionist on today's visit. The receptionist looks new and didn't allow me to visit me with my sister and her family in their room. After speaking to Mr Shubham, he allowed my visit. Then receptionist rudely asked to clear the balance payment before checkin. Which is ok but she should be more polite and customer friendly. We have decided to not book this property from our next visits onwards as such bad customer service cannot be tolerated.The price charged was also on higher side and same room was available on travel portals as well as on their own website at 50% less price. When we came for booking yesterday and confronted the receptionist about huge price difference, she rudely said that rooms booked online will be cancelled and you won't get accommodation on your arrival.
The reception lady is very rude recently changed. My mother is about to undergo surgery and they are not allowing her bothers to visit her. They are accepting a patient to meet at roof top or in the lobby . Overall bad experience
I got their biggest room for INR 4.2K approx. After staying there I realized it's atleast overpriced by 2X.Very unprofessional managed.I kept calling the front desk for even basics like towels, kettle, door mats.I recommend this property only when the room.rent is in range of 1-1.5k.The infrastructure is fine... but service is very poor and there is literally no property manager and no trained staff... just a bunch of untrained guys are there.
The Hotel staff isn't supportive. I had booked a Studio room with a balcony from an OTA however I was not provided the room I had booked. The Hotel management asked me to allow them sometime and they will have my room ready within 2-3 hours but they never delivered what they promised.Furthermore, the sheets in the room that I was given were dirty as it had stains on it.The next morning, I checked that there were no toiletries and I called the reception to report this. After calling them 6 times within an hour, they delivered a hand wash instead of a body wash and I had already bathed by then.Overall, not a good experience at all and would not recommend anyone.
During my stay at Saltstayz Huda Grand Sky, I encountered certain notable issues. The most significant problem was the inconsistency in the water supply, which occasionally disappeared, necessitating repetitive calls to the reception for resolution.There was a particular staff member at the reception named Shubham, who unfortunately tended to engage in argumentative discussions rather than providing helpful assistance. His conduct stood out as particularly frustrating, marking him as the least accommodating person among the hotel staff. Moreover, the delay in receiving ordered items, such as a water bottle, often exceeded an hour.Furthermore, the room consistently maintained a distinct and not entirely pleasant smell, which detracted from the overall experience.Regarding the breakfast buffet, the options were extremely limited, with only parathas available. The limited variety may not be considered advantageous for guests, making the breakfast inclusion in the booking less appealing or profitable.In summary, my stay at Saltstayz Huda Grand Sky was marred by water supply issues, unsatisfactory service encounters, a consistent room odor, and a notably restricted breakfast selection, which could affect the overall satisfaction and value of the stay.
Very wrost hotel I think in gurgoan they guys even not answering the call what type of services any one can expect from them I have to contact with a guest and I just called the no they given on the site they are giving me wrong and wrong details again and again and not answering the call shameful very very worst services I’ll never ever recommend this hotel to any one
Shubham is very fraud receptionist. Very rude behaviour. Very bad rooms and all. Food charge is like Starbucks and food is like garbage. Don’t book salt stayz. Very bad experience at all.
I had a wonderful stay at Salt Stayz - Unitech Cyber Park.Very close to other prominent locations.Rooms were clean and tidy.Receptionist, Shubham has helped and taken care of everything.Overall, It was great👌👌
This is one of the best places to stay in Gurgaon. There staff is good and friendly. Let me tell you my incident, I was here for 2 days and my stay was wonderful. But once we checked out and after few days I noticed that my watch went missing after searching my and other places I remembered that might be I have missed my watch in hotel room itself so called them with no hope of getting my watch back but surprisingly they helped me alot by checking the cctv cameras and there lost nd found department and finally got my watch back. Wanted to say thank you to there manager Aniruddh who made sure that I get my watch back.. If you are planning a stay in Gurgaon this is the best hotel.

Hotel is located on main road and is well maintained. Only few issues i would like to bring to notice of management.No water from morning 6-9 daily is the major issue. It is the time when people get ready for work.There are no restaurant/shop/medicals near the property.

This is a nice hotel. The staff is nice and kind. One star is reduced because of some basic services missing, such as slippers, or iron in the room. The power went out 3 - 4 times for 10-15 mins but I guess that was because of the rain. Not a biggie. I'm sure you'll improve upon the little bits here and there.Overall recommended.

Here water issue, bathroom/room water 💧 is not coming, we are waiting for water from 3 hours, there are no any chance for water come or not, it's very bad experience here. I don't recommend anyone to come here due to water issue.
Good spacious rooms with ample amount of sunlight and good balconies. The balconies are shared but the rooms are quite spacious with a sofa also included along with two chairs and a table. The housekeeping services are a little slow but the room service is not. They also have a restaurant so they can deliver food or cutlery too. The property is clean as well and the staff is friendly.
The only thing I had an issue with was that the balcony had AC units in it of both our room and the nearby room, so we couldn't really use it. The hotel also asked to service the outside unit of a nearby room several times a day, which was very disruptive.

Right from the check in, the interaction from the reception to the check out goes go well n smooth that we don't have nothing less to say abt this hotel, dinner was great both manager were so calm n cooperative, Reception guys anidud and amaan make us feel so good in every aspect. One of the worst experience. They are unable to manage large gathering at all. Room checkin was given around 3:00 PM and guests were sitting in the restaurant area. The manager at reception is unwilling to support and bluntly asks the guest to contact owner for the issues faced. No toiletries, no water, no towels in room.
