The stay was relaxing and the staff is very friendly and professional will surety visit again.
I stayed for one night and had a great experience. The room was neat and clean, making it worth the stay. The service was excellent, and the location was convenient. The staff was very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend trying this place at least once. It’s definitely worth it!

I stayed at this hotel when I came to Delhi for my interview. The hotel is the best in this location.Some of the highlighting points are clean bathrooms, free wifi, clean bedsheets, huge rooms, gyser, free wifi and drinking water.

The place is an option for a decent stay experience with above average breakfast buffet. The food from the restaurant at room service was also above average. The service is fine, but hospitality is good. The rooms and stay in room experience is good with large beds and neat beddings. The overall experience was good compared to first time visit which was more better.
Shubham was very rude did not help us with stay . Gave us a policy that was not written anywhere and faught with us denying us to be accommodating dated
Pathetic service. Stayed on 2nd feb, 2024. Rude staffs. Requested a simple breakfast (Bread and egg) for kid as we had an early flight but they did refused and did not even made it. Bedsheets were dirty and only good thing was location.

Everything they are promoting it's fake. This is more like a cheap Oyo.Room service is so third class. Our bedrooms sheets were having dirty stains. We asked them to change it but they were giving excuses like we don't have extra sheets. When we asked for refund they said we can't give you till next day.Towels they gave to us were having spots and not at all in good condition.At midnight literally fighting for 5 hrs with manager they changed they sheet.I would recommend don't go there.*This is not a hotel you should book unless you do want to book an OYO*

So pathetic service that i got only five minutes late for a breakfast and they have not given the breakfast and restaurant staff talked very rudely.And the restaurant staff litteraly want me to beg for a food and they were saying like the cold restover food will only be offered to you .Very rude behaviour of restaurant staff. Specially there was a bald waiter in restaurant who was talking very rudely.

Avoid. We reported this property to the booking website and lodged complaints with the Ministry of Tourism.
The location and the rooms are good. It's 25 minutes away from the international Airport.But be careful when you come out from the lift, because if you don't pay attention, you might fall. I don't know who designed this but please be careful when you come out of the lift. Especially with the kidsRoom service is slow. They should improve this.Otherwise it's a good place to spend a day Or two.

Internet was very poor. And when I asked them to fix it they asked me to connect it to the phone 5G. I stayed here for two weeks as I had a busy schedule and i had to let it be, even if the stay was horrible.Room has DIRTY kettles and cockroaches all around the room.NO TOILETRIES IN THE BATHROOMBad BATHROOMS !! Water clogging, broken doors.Rooms have refrigerators but they don’t cool quickly and need at least 8-9 hrs to cool down. Tariff was on such a higher side that these poor services are unacceptable!!For the price one is asked for, AVOID!!!
Room sizes are good spacious, ground staff is very sweet and helpful. Easily approached.Area of improvement - Need to work on food bit more, Accesories for room are not shared by staff, pre arrangement of room is missing.
I haven’t had the chance to stay here yet, but I’ve been in contact with the staff here to help with my bookings and they have been so helpful. Nitin has been looking over my bookings for me, responding quickly and giving me the best deals he can! I’m hoping the stay goes as smoothly as my bookings did.Stayed here for 8 days! Really sweet and accommodating staff. I had a very early check in and they still managed to find a room for me and made sure I’m comfortable. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was available when I needed. Recommend staying here!Although, for me there was a really big issue with food. They didn’t allow outside food and things on the menu weren’t great for the price they were charging. We tried 3-4 things on the menu and nothing was above average. We had to constantly leave the house to have some good food. The price wouldn’t be an issue if the food tasted good but it was just overpriced for barely any taste.
The hotel staff or who ever it is barges in without consent uninvited. This happened everyday for the 4 days we stayed there. And when asked why? they answered just checking. Just checking?! For what? I don't know if this is a thing in India but our privacy is treated like a joke. When we were at the hotel this happened at atleast once and sometimes even twice a day. Lord knows how many times they came in and maybe even went through our stuff when we were out. We never asked for room service or our rooms to be cleaned. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour.
1st visit views:Everything about this hotel is good.Don't think twice before booking this.2nd visit views:Poor service, people not knowing all the things, half of the menu is not serviceable, and as a cherry on top they say to not order food from outside.Being a pure vegetarian, I didn't have much options anyways. So food was the main issue for me the 2nd time.Overall rooms are good, location is good.
It was a wonderful stay at salt stayz. The staff are very decent and they help u with whatever u require for an easy stay. Very helpful. Food here is also tasty. Will definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel Salt stays le icon...it's a new property so brand new spacious rooms with a deck .The rooms are quite neat and tidy.The staff of the hotel is really sweet and very helpful.There is a very good roof top where you can enjoy your food.Food quality is really good. Not to miss the breakfast.Location - 5-7ims drive from metro station. Quite near to the ambience mall. Lot many food outlets nearby.Recommended to all kinds of travellers.
Great location of all the hotels across Gurgaon with good food, cordial staff, place for parties / events / gatherings with friends and family..Basil is centraly located and was convenient for me to reach from the airport / Cyber City.Staff was very courteous and food was 5/5
