Amazing Experience with Regards to Stay, amenitites and local breakfast options. Jay from Reception and Sonu from Restaurant provided the best Service.
Food quality for lunch excellent south Indian and Chinese food needs improvement
Good. A good chair is reccommended for thr room for conveniencr for anyone who is working with a laptop. The current one is not good.
I booked this hotel last December 27/29. If you can see, the ratings are very high, but apparently either they pay for it, or this hotel is simply for Indians (nationals).
1-From the moment I started calling to find out if the food would be vegetarian or non-vegetarian, and they didn't answer. At the end of 7 attempts they did it, to tell me that in 15 minutes they would call back, but it NEVER happened.
2-When I arrived they wanted to charge me a thousand rupees more than I was supposed to pay. How upset I was and was going to leave the hotel, they made me cancel the reservation on Booking.com and it would be from the reception.
3- In the end I had paid for the food. Two people for 2 nights. It is impossible that paying for all that the only food available to us is thali, and on top of that only for one person. I did not remain silent. How come you are going to pay for food and it will be for one person? It doesn't make sense. Because I was upset, they gave me the other food that we didn't end up eating, because the breakfast is totally vegetarian. They DO NOT include eggs and if you want an omelet, you must pay.
4- This hotel is only for nationals. For my international brothers, I do NOT recommend them.

It has been a pleasant experience residing here. Quite ambient and beautiful!

At its budget it provides good value. Food I felt was expensive. Room size is good. Service is decently prompt. I did felt the bed linen might not look very fresh though.
The stay was relaxing and the staff is very friendly and professional will surety visit again.
I stayed for one night and had a great experience. The room was neat and clean, making it worth the stay. The service was excellent, and the location was convenient. The staff was very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend trying this place at least once. It’s definitely worth it!

I stayed at this hotel when I came to Delhi for my interview. The hotel is the best in this location.

The place is an option for a decent stay experience with above average breakfast buffet. The food from the restaurant at room service was also above average. The service is fine, but hospitality is good. The rooms and stay in room experience is good with large beds and neat beddings. The overall experience was good compared to first time visit which was more better.
Shubham was very rude did not help us with stay . Gave us a policy that was not written anywhere and faught with us denying us to be accommodating dated
Pathetic service. Stayed on 2nd feb, 2024. Rude staffs. Requested a simple breakfast (Bread and egg) for kid as we had an early flight but they did refused and did not even made it. Bedsheets were dirty and only good thing was location.

Everything they are promoting it's fake. This is more like a cheap Oyo.
Room service is so third class. Our bedrooms sheets were having dirty stains. We asked them to change it but they were giving excuses like we don't have extra sheets. When we asked for refund they said we can't give you till next day.

At midnight literally fighting for 5 hrs with manager they changed they sheet.
I would recommend don't go there.

So pathetic service that i got only five minutes late for a breakfast and they have not given the breakfast and restaurant staff talked very rudely.And the restaurant staff litteraly want me to beg for a food and they were saying like the cold restover food will only be offered to you .Very rude behaviour of restaurant staff. Specially there was a bald waiter in restaurant who was talking very rudely.

Avoid. We reported this property to the booking website and lodged complaints with the Ministry of Tourism.
The location and the rooms are good. It's 25 minutes away from the international Airport.
But be careful when you come out from the lift, because if you don't pay attention, you might fall. I don't know who designed this but please be careful when you come out of the lift. Especially with the kids

Internet was very poor. And when I asked them to fix it they asked me to connect it to the phone 5G. I stayed here for two weeks as I had a busy schedule and i had to let it be, even if the stay was horrible.

Room sizes are good spacious, ground staff is very sweet and helpful. Easily approached.
Area of improvement - Need to work on food bit more, Accesories for room are not shared by staff, pre arrangement of room is missing.

I haven’t had the chance to stay here yet, but I’ve been in contact with the staff here to help with my bookings and they have been so helpful. Nitin has been looking over my bookings for me, responding quickly and giving me the best deals he can! I’m hoping the stay goes as smoothly as my bookings did.
Stayed here for 8 days! Really sweet and accommodating staff. I had a very early check in and they still managed to find a room for me and made sure I’m comfortable. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was available when I needed. Recommend staying here!
Although, for me there was a really big issue with food. They didn’t allow outside food and things on the menu weren’t great for the price they were charging. We tried 3-4 things on the menu and nothing was above average. We had to constantly leave the house to have some good food. The price wouldn’t be an issue if the food tasted good but it was just overpriced for barely any taste.

The hotel staff or who ever it is barges in without consent uninvited. This happened everyday for the 4 days we stayed there. And when asked why? they answered just checking. Just checking?! For what? I don't know if this is a thing in India but our privacy is treated like a joke. When we were at the hotel this happened at atleast once and sometimes even twice a day. Lord knows how many times they came in and maybe even went through our stuff when we were out. We never asked for room service or our rooms to be cleaned. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour.

The rooms are quite neat and tidy.
