I recently had the misfortune of staying at Saltstayz, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of appalling. While the hotel's facilities and location were satisfactory, the behavior and language used by the staff were completely unacceptable.
From the moment I checked in, I was treated with disdain and disrespect by the front desk staff. They seemed put off by my presence and were curt and dismissive in their interactions with me.
However, things took a turn for the worse when I approached the staff to request a simple favor. Instead of being met with understanding and accommodation, I was subjected to a barrage of abusive language and condescending remarks.
The staff member in question was completely unprofessional and seemed to take pleasure in belittling me. I was shocked and taken aback by the vitriol and hostility that was directed towards me.
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity. It's unacceptable for hotel staff to use abusive language and behave in a manner that makes guests feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
I would not recommend Saltstayz to anyone, and I would caution others to think twice before booking a stay here. The hotel's management needs to take immediate action to address the behavior of their staff and ensure that guests

Worst experience ever, never expected such behavior from the management staff,rooms were very small and so stinking, and as i opened the door, i saw rats jumping over the bed,we booked a room for 3 members,we got our documents verified in such a way that , as we are INTRUDERS. after some 20mins manager said to vacate the rooms , reason being our bloods are not same , which was completely a unnecessary reason to make someone to vacate a room. Manager was so irresponsible, unprofessional , was very vulgar and rude. Forcing us to cancel the room, he came into our room and started shouting on one us, arguing with us, and said to vacate the room fast or else he will call the cops. such an unwanted argument to cancel our booking, never mentioned that only blood relatives are allowed to book and no cousin siblings are allowed to book the rooms in the hotel's policies. Pls never book any rooms.

I have stayed here 3 times... the center of the city and most of the important places are nearby....loved their food.
Charged us higher than the booking.com rate and abruptly cut electricity to our room at the time of checkout. Won't be booking Saltstayz again.

The rooms were okay. The location is a plus. The jet spray was leaking. Even after multiple complaints over the stay for 2 days, no action was taken. The reception and the staff are least bothered with what’s happening. Management should really look into this.

They asked more price then what oyo sites showing... and there behavior is not good. There is no proper sanitation of room.

Very dirty and very slow service,checked in and found dirty bedsheet and pillow ask them to change,the rude guy at reception said will not change ! The service is horrible,nobody to seeve you,no one help to carry out luggage.found many customer at reception who booked their room and once they reach the location all full ,god knows how they accept reservations while there is no room available. Bad location,bad service,very rude staff not recommended at all..even for a Rs50/day !
All the facilities of this hotel are very useless. My phone was stolen from their breakfast area which is their mistake. They have all the cameras in the hotel but there is no camera in them. They log breakfast so please next time someone also goes there. To take care of your phone and your things, even CCTV cameras do not work and they are recording what they do.
Room requires maintenance. There were no basic toiletries. The geyser and television was not working. The bed was broken. There was attached balcony but it was full of dirt. One cannot step out. The receptionist Mr. Suraj he is a liar. I spoked to goibibo fo early checkout 2-3days before the actual checkout date due to my mother's health deteriorated. Goibibo team dropped an email to hotel authority asking for approval and this guy denied the request and provided me other people contact number. Basically he tried to snap out of the situation.

They are cheats. They shifted my reservation to another property of their's at sector 46 but when we went there, the gate were closed and we couldn't find the property. They did not answer the phone calls also. Typical Delhi chors / cheats.
It was a wonderful stay for us at this property. The staff were polite and helpful. The location is very close to phase 1 metro station. The rooms were also very clean and well maintained.
Mr. Suraj the front desk manager is a cheat. We booked this hotel by mistake instead of sector 57 and within 5 minutes of booking asked the manager to either refund or transfer the booking to sector 57 hotel. But he denied! Imagine you give someone money by mistake and request to return it within 5 minutes but the person acknowledges the mistake but denies to return the money! No humanity!

The stay at Saltstayz was very comfortable. I booked it from their website only and found a reasonable price for a facility like this. I booked a room at this hotel a week ago on Agoda. But when I came to check in, they had no available rooms. Don't waste your time on this hotel.
Good place to stay. Just the service is a little slow, they take time to respond to your requests and the rooms are a little bit small. Everything else is really good. Try booking by calling them in their number provided by them in Google Maps.

Unprofessional and unhelpful service. Landline in the room doesn't work so you need to go downstairs to request anything. No towel in the room and 5 requests need to be made before it is sent. They forget about your breakfast order and need to be reminded thrice. AC drips water on you. Nothing provided in the bathroom - toothpaste, brush, soap, the basics you'd expect. Food menu is limited. The only good thing is proximity to metro.
Okay hotel. Little expensive. Staff was corporative but outside food is not allowed making it hard to stay. Rapid metro is in walking thats a plus.

They told us breakfast would be complimentary, but while checking out, they charged us in the name of the same? ? Even though I did not order anything, just had breakfast. The location is good. The place is not differently abled friendly. They will clean your room only when you specifically ask them to, that too not in a professional manner... I hope they evolve.

I booked for my parents. This place was very comfortable for them. Given that it is very close to the Phase 1 metro as well. The service was really good with polite and responsive staff.
