I was really disappointed with my 3-day stay here. I initially booked Saltstayz Boutique, but they apparently don’t accept foreigners, so the manager redirected me to this property instead. Unfortunately, my experience here was far from pleasant.On the first day, I requested a hair dryer around 11 a.m., but it took an unusually long time—about 40 minutes—to have it delivered to my room. This delay was frustrating, especially since it should have been a simple request.Later that day, before heading out for activities, I personally went to the reception to request room cleaning. The receptionist, who was on the phone at the time, confirmed my room number, and I even handed her my room key. However, when I returned to the hotel around 11:50 p.m., I found that my room hadn’t been cleaned at all! It was clear the receptionist failed to pass on my request to the housekeeping team.This lack of communication and poor service left me very disappointed. I can’t trust Saltstayz properties ANYMORE, and I won’t be staying with them again. One star for this experience!
The only reason we were staying here was that it was an emergency trip and after this experience I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I even gave this place one star was because it was the bare minimum. Here are a few points as to why -1. The staff who answer room service and housekeeping calls are not courteous. They treat you as if you are an inconvenience and don’t understand simple questions. They clearly don’t know how to speak to their customers. The manager is very arrogant and useless. He doesn’t know how to coordinate among his staff. He takes out his frustration on the customers. We asked for papad and they took 45 min. When asked about it he lashed out saying “You are not the only customer so wait”. This was the worst part of my stay.2. I found eye lashes, pieces of hair and dust on the pillows and sheets. I had to check everything as it was causing itching. I dusted it myself. The housekeeping staff just denied the request to change claiming that these were fresh. Fortunately the staff attending to you are courteous and they deserve the star.3. The washroom is stinky. I tried to flush twice to see if it’ll go away but I don’t think it has been cleaned well.I did not expect the hotel to be “posh” but cleanliness is a minimum requirement for a hotel stay.4. The extra bed we asked for has the stench of urine along with fresh stains of food or whatever that was.5. We asked for a bucket with a mug. They said a bucket is not available. They wrote hypocritical crap about “saving resources” in their washrooms but can’t provide a bucket. When they finally managed to send one we found that it had some sort of algae/fungus.6. Hot water was not available. As non residents we are unable to tolerate the cold temperatures. There was no provision for hot water in the morning hours. I could get hot water in the evening after keeping the hot water tap on for 10 min.
My colleague stayed there for official visit.she had to face a rude behaviour of a staff.There is a person Praveen he bothered my company members for booking issues very early in the morning.This mannerisms is against the core essence of hospitality.
I will write down the cons as those are the things which you would encounter here:-#1 Water Pressure is very low in Shower#2 Hot Water doesn't come in Evenings#3 Lazy Staff as you need to call multiple times for everything#4 Beds are squeaky (We stayed in twin sharing room with Single Beds)#5 Wifi is pathetic#6 Location also is filled with Dust due to ongoing construction of Roads#7 Multiple Dogs at entrance which would chase you if you have anything in hand

I had a sour experience at SaltStayz Corporate Suites - Golf Course Road, Gurugram. The room was lazily maintained—no water, missing kettle, and a dirty bathroom with a urine stench. I had to call the room service twice to get something done. The air conditioning was unreliable, failing twice during my stay which also made creepy noises in the middle of the night, disrupting my sleep. To top it off, the Wi-Fi was painfully slow, ruining an important interview which was the sole purpose of my stay at their property. Adding to the misery, the water supply went off during my shower. The staff was polite but turned out to be unresponsive and dismissive when needed. Be mindful when booking—my stay was far from the positive reviews I read and in no way relaxing.
Horrible experience!! The receptionist was straight up rude. Also, the phone in our room didnt work so we had to literally walk to the reception like 10 times. For water, for any food delivery or towels! We had to go ourselves to collect any parcels. There was no dental or even shower kit too, which one can expect considering the price. There was a big note in our room about how they use glass water bottles to help the environment, but if you ask for an extra bottle, guess what they will give you.. A PLASTIC BOTTLE. 😂They had a rule that you cant order outside food before 11pm. I mean how weird is that! We had to go to the reception twice just to ask for cutlery again and again. Our breakfast was included but we skipped it just because their service just pissed us off. And they didnt even mention anything about it when we checked out..if you’re reading this, dont stay here or in any of their branches. Hospitality cant be taught to such people.. it comes naturally from a good heart. their service just sucks. Room was pretty though
Nice place to stay and the dood was amazing.............we enjoyed our stay and everything is nearby like cyber city, Ambience mall it just took few minutes to reach our location. From hotel staff Mrs Rakhi and Rajender were very friendly and supportive.
Everything about the hotel is very good whether we talk about location , cleanliness, staff behavior, room service . I would like to book my stay again with saltstayz in future.Only thing they should work on is the food department. The food was ok and quantity was also good but they should work more on their taste part.Moreover this is the best value stay hotel at this price range.

The front office staff member I interacted with was not very pleasant, his manner of speaking was unprofessional, rude and left a bad first impression. the room was comfortable and met my expectations in terms of cleanliness and amenities. The breakfast was average, nothing exceptional but satisfactory. Improvements in front desk service could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
Location and rooms are good but service and reception is really bad. Wait times are somehow high despite having bookings in advance and food orders arrive 1 hr late even after reminding them twice. Reception feels unresponsive and uninterested. No water bottles in rooms when checking in is ridiculous.Saltstayz in dlf-3 is MUCH BETTER in almost everything, except smaller rooms there ( i have stayed there 3 times before this one )
Below Par hotel with untrained Staff , rooms are large but not very clean and even they don’t offer you packed drinking water , towels are like some 50 ur old stuff , toiletries are just for sake of it , breakfast very very limited ,and all in all you can look for better properties under this budget , in terms of Rating there staff would ask to rate better .
The stay was pleasant and safe. A good option to stay for corporate visits, is centrally located and is well connected with the city. The staff is extremely helpful and the food is good.
I reach here with a prior booking, and what you land up and describe - is lies, sir there is no room in your name even if you show ur booking confirmation details.I reached midnight and I was left with no resort but scout OYOTownHouse which was far more decent.
It was wonderful experience at Saltstayz Corporate Biz. I was there for 2 nights stays and staff was very good and helpful. Special thanks to Dinesh and Arun who helped me alot . Must visit.
Horrible experience. No cleaning.Would not recommend to anyone to stay. My hard earn money waisted. No bath soap, No drinking water...nothing is available. It would have been better if I booked roadside hotel instead of this.
