In keeping with Government regulations, we request all guests (on single/double/triple occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government-issued photo identity address proof card e.g. driving license, passport,   Aadhar card, or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as the above. Also do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking.

For Group & Bulk Bookings (More than 3 Rooms or Total 10 Room nights), Corporate and Social Event and Conferences. All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a 25% Pre payment of the booking amount.

This hotel in my whole life very bad. The person has no manners to communicate with the customer.. The band sitting at the reception is giving the customer a beating and the dad is talking to the customer and the main gate in the room is locked and no one is complaining. ne wala ni hain and food is not good overall the rating is ZERO i bad luck to book this hotel yesterday... Waste time money and energy with Hotel Slatsstayz...

Avoid this hotel. There is no staff to service you. Restaurant is empty and not sure whether they serve fresh food. Inspite of having a booking with pay at hotel they will call you and ask for advance payment
The breakfast is pathetic
No toiletries provided
Though hotel is new the room conditions and service is pretty bad
I could see 2 people serving all the hotel guests. To get a bottle of water they will take 20m. The location is isolated that there are no food options around

The worst possible experience one could have at this price point. They should be ashamed of charging such enormous prices for such pathetic services. They should either hire better staff or close this hotel right this moment. The worst part is they simply didn't solve any of our problems even after numerous reminders. Construction work was carried out during resting hours. Room was extremely dirty. Door lock was not functional. landline was not working any many more issues. All in all very disappointed and would never ever return to such a pathetic place.

Very bad experience! We will never visit the property again.
Firstly, we paid for the room in advance and upon check-in we realised the door lock was broken and door couldn't be locked from inside. Secondly, the bedsheet was old and dirty from previous residents. The balcony, the room floor, bathroom floor was not clean, the dustbins were full, the toiler paper was nearly empty. In short, the room was not checked by housekeeping before check-in.
The breakfast scenario was also very fussy - the food items were not being refilled and we, along with other guests kept waiting for food and basic cutlery items.
Moreover, there was construction going on inside the hotel during resting morning hours which made the time unbearable in the room. The staff was quite unprofessional and no issues were resolved and nothing was done to compensate us at all.

Quite disappointed with the service and hotel.

Don't reference the pictures as the hotel rooms were absolutely hideous. They were very unclean. As for the service,it is ultimately misleading. They are very slow. We ordered one of their non-vegetarian items and the meat was completely raw.I didn't trust their food and no one should. Overall, it is a waste of money.

1. Good location
2. Decent ambience
3. The bed is comfortable with 4 pillows (2+2 hard and soft)

Cons:
1. Rooms are so tiny that you'll feel claustrophobic and suffocated. The room size is hardly 9x9 and the ceiling height is so low that I was able to touch it.
2. The washroom is decent in size but it has a gutter smell which is very upsetting.
3. Service is poor, it'll take you at least 30 mins to get any basic service. I had to call 3 times to get a towel to bathe in the morning.
4. They don't provide any toiletries, not even toothpaste, and you'll have to ask them for everything, including a complimentary bottle of water.

My experience was bad and the hotel, though newly built, is bad in the overall hospitality experience.

I was expecting a good experience and a decent value for money, but this hotel is as bad as any Oyo that you can get for Rs.1500/-, so why waste money.

It was overall a good experience to stay there. The room was clean, with cupboard and tea coffee maker, a chair and bedside lamp. Wifi was working fine. Breakfast was okay however it can be improved.. the staff was a bit slow to address the concern when called. The intercom was not working and only single chair was provided in the room. These small problems can be improved but it was overall a good stay. Sandwiches were overpriced. Recommended one for cost effective stay.

Worst place to stay. Food is terrible can’t expect anything from it. Only positive thing is it’s newly build. Ceiling level is so low don’t raise hand when fan is running average height person will get his hand cut for sure. After asking for medical kit which was not available the solution was given apply haldi. Towels were not provided after check in. Answer was laundry comes at 12 pm then it will be available. Property was open 3 months back and there is a severe problem of leakage which is present almost everywhere.

I stayed here for 1 night to attend a marriage. Place is newly constructed. It has large and royal reception area. Rooms were provided a couple of hours before check-in time.

The empty plot beside property is used for parking. Rooms are really nice, and cozy. All toiletries and amenities are provided. Breakfast was OK.

Their staff was a bit rude when we went for lunch in their restaurant.

It's a nice hotel with a spacious surrounding. Breakfast is good but there are rooms for improvement. More manpower is needed when the hotel is in its full occupancy. Has a nice terrace and a nice sitting area on the ground floor. My room was a nice one with a beautiful front view. Housekeeping services are good with polite staffs but sometimes they ran out of stock.

Amazing hotel. 1st time experiencing staying in gurgaon side. Room is spacious and the breakfast is delicious. The manager Manisha Bhatt provided excellent customer service. Would definitely come back again.

Possibly the worst hotel I've stayed in ever not because of the rooms and facilities but the staff and their grooming and cleanliness besides their level of training
Breakfast in that restaurant they have is so poor in experience that as a hotelier i am embarassed to speak so lowly about a hotel which i never have done.
The team was very reluctant to even share the no of the manager or promoter.
How to mess up a good location and a good building which masquerades as a hotel - Saltstayz is an excellent example of that. Never again !!

Pathetic hotel please avoid as they don’t even assist with basic amenities like dental kit. Please do mind a hotel is successful based on its customer experience and these guys lack it completely. Never going to recommend anyone

The hotel is hard to find. If someone is having trouble, from the main road you can locate the black building and then take the dirt road that seems to be going towards the building.
The hotel staff is really really friendly, however the management might be overworked and every request for room service takes close to 40 minutes. Food takes about 1.5 hours. And you can order from swiggy only when the restaurant is closed.

Rooms are claimed to be city view with balcony but they overlook a muddy street and their own kitchens.

One of the best hotel in the city. We recently booked a stay here in saltstayz basil and we loved the hotel ambience, staff is very polite and helpful. Food quality is amazing, they have roof top restaurant which is the best rooftop terrace restaurant i can say. Recommended to all.
