This hotel in my whole life very bad. The person has no manners to communicate with the customer.. The band sitting at the reception is giving the customer a beating and the dad is talking to the customer and the main gate in the room is locked and no one is complaining. ne wala ni hain and food is not good overall the rating is ZERO i bad luck to book this hotel yesterday... Waste time money and energy with Hotel Slatsstayz...

Avoid this hotel. There is no staff to service you. Restaurant is empty and not sure whether they serve fresh food. Inspite of having a booking with pay at hotel they will call you and ask for advance payment

Lovely little hotel in Gurugram. Neat and well maintained rooms. Staff is attentive and prompt in addressing any queries. Food and ambience is good. Environnement friendly too.

The worst possible experience one could have at this price point. They should be ashamed of charging such enormous prices for such pathetic services. They should either hire better staff or close this hotel right this moment. The worst part is they simply didn't solve any of our problems even after numerous reminders. Construction work was carried out during resting hours. Room was extremely dirty. Door lock was not functional. landline was not working any many more issues. All in all very disappointed and would never ever return to such a pathetic place.

Staff and service is really polite and they provide everything with a happy face. Food is good too. We enjoyed our stay. Rooms are near and clean and you won't have any issues staying at this property.

Secondly, the bedsheet was old and dirty from previous residents. The balcony, the room floor, bathroom floor was not clean, the dustbins were full, the toiler paper was nearly empty. In short, the room was not checked by housekeeping before check-in.

Moreover, there was construction going on inside the hotel during resting morning hours which made the time unbearable in the room. The staff was quite unprofessional and no issues were resolved and nothing was done to compensate us at all.

It is a good and friendly budget option for stay if staying in gurgaon.
Don't reference the pictures as the hotel rooms were absolutely hideous. They were very unclean. As for the service,it is ultimately misleading. They are very slow. We ordered one of their non-vegetarian items and the meat was completely raw.I didn't trust their food and no one should. Overall, it is a waste of money.
The rooms were nice. However their complimentary breakfast seemed a bit of a downer to me. Also their staff is very against regarding outside food they don't provide Utensils for the food ordered via Zomato or swiggy.

It was overall a good experience to stay there. The room was clean, with cupboard and tea coffee maker, a chair and bedside lamp. Wifi was working fine. Breakfast was okay however it can be improved.. the staff was a bit slow to address the concern when called. The intercom was not working and only single chair was provided in the room. These small problems can be improved but it was overall a good stay. Sandwiches were overpriced. Recommended one for cost effective stay.

Worst place to stay. Food is terrible can’t expect anything from it. Only positive thing is it’s newly build. Ceiling level is so low don’t raise hand when fan is running average height person will get his hand cut for sure. After asking for medical kit which was not available the solution was given apply haldi. Towels were not provided after check in. Answer was laundry comes at 12 pm then it will be available. Property was open 3 months back and there is a severe problem of leakage which is present almost everywhere.

I stayed here for 1 night to attend a marriage. Place is newly constructed. It has large and royal reception area. Rooms were provided a couple of hours before check-in time.
The empty plot beside property is used for parking. Rooms are really nice, and cozy. All toiletries and amenities are provided. Breakfast was OK.

It's a nice hotel with a spacious surrounding. Breakfast is good but there are rooms for improvement. More manpower is needed when the hotel is in its full occupancy. Has a nice terrace and a nice sitting area on the ground floor. My room was a nice one with a beautiful front view. Housekeeping services are good with polite staffs but sometimes they ran out of stock.

Pathetic hotel please avoid as they don’t even assist with basic amenities like dental kit. Please do mind a hotel is successful based on its customer experience and these guys lack it completely. Never going to recommend anyone
The hotel is hard to find. If someone is having trouble, from the main road you can locate the black building and then take the dirt road that seems to be going towards the building.
The hotel staff is really really friendly, however the management might be overworked and every request for room service takes close to 40 minutes. Food takes about 1.5 hours. And you can order from swiggy only when the restaurant is closed.

One of the best hotel in the city. We recently booked a stay here in saltstayz basil and we loved the hotel ambience, staff is very polite and helpful. Food quality is amazing, they have roof top restaurant which is the best rooftop terrace restaurant i can say. Recommended to all.
